. Ludek Bukac junior is now head coach Czech team U16.

That is a really nice video. For me, certain elements would make for an excellent pre-practice routine. While dry land training is important - it can also be boring. Just as the ABC's made practice more exciting and more meaningful - so to does this video for off ice training. Please tell the Bukacs that their work is very much appreciated.
