For those of you with iPads, my company recently published a great coaching app called Coachable Hockey.

It makes it super easy to draw plays and then animate them, and it's on sale right now for $4.99

The app's site is http://coachable-hockey.com

I'd be happy to answer any questions you have about the app.

I wanted to let you know that this Coachable Hockey iPad app has just been updated. It now allows you to modify the timing of your plays, and to share your plays by email.

App looks ok but you need to use the international hockey symbols to be a professional grade of coaching application. I will post a pdf of the symbols when I find the file.

Great! I'd love to see them, and see if they can be used in the app.

I can't find the document with the symbols so I made a diagram of it and attached it here. I will find the document.

Internationl Coaching Symbols
Hockey Canada started using these symbols in the early 90's but didn't understand them and thought the triangle meant a defenseman so when you read their material that is what the diagrams look like.

Description:
The diagram shows the international hockey symbols. It is easy to describe one way drills using these symbols.
Total Hockey Player Identification is numbered by closest to the play 1-2-3-4-5

Thanks for posting the image of hockey symbols. I'll take a look and see if any of it can be incorporated into the app.
