Fire Black Practice Plan – 02-28-24
Last practice before playoffs. None of the other coaches could make it so Cassie jumped on the ice with me. Day before first game so I didn't want it to be too intense. Focus was picking up attackers in our slot and taking their sticks plus going over the low press pk because they attack low on their pp.
5' – A300 – Skating and Puck Handling Warm up – U15 G
5' – B2 – Shoot from 3 lines starting at red line – both ends
10' – D4 – Game of two pass at each end. 5-5. Rule goal must be from give and go plays.
10'- B6 – Dizzy – skate around circle with puck – pass then skate other way, get a pass – go in and shoot.
10' – B6 – start from diagonal corners. Fake inside on defender far blue line and skate outside – shoot.
10' – DT100 – Backchecking Game 2-2
10' – C3 1-1 each side. Defense sticks turned over. Both touch blue line first.
10' – T4 – Review low press pk with everyone then 10 players each end walk through. Start from 1-3
10' – 10 puck shootout
