Tom,

Below is a link to your windows live account and more specifically to a handout titled "Defenceman play with and without the puck."

For those that have not seen this handout, I highly recommend it. It is very complete and loaded with great individual skill drills for play with and without the puck ( I guess you probably could have guessed that by the name if the file).

My question to you Tom is, do you remember where this came from? Did you write it or get it from someone else. Also, it seems like there was more... if so, any chance you have the rest?

The material is from Sweden and I posted videos that go with it a few years ago. It is good stuff. The Swedes are very meticulous in their development.
