A. Warm up; 2 pucks each and then the Russian warm up exercises while skating around the ice. Finished with toe drags around the dots and a shot on net.

B. B6- six figure eights, 3 on one side 3 on the other and a shot on each side. Various skills each 8.
1-puck only on the forehand
2-puck only on the backhand
3-quick hands and feet
4-back leg puxh around the corners
5-backward skating
6-skate facing the far end.

C. C2 formation with all players behind the red line against the boards.
-Task go in and shoot then rebound. Pick up a new puck in the corner and skate a figure eight in the nzone and then go and shoot at the other end. Progress from 1-0, 2-0, 3-0, 4-0, 5-0. Then leave the other way and go 5-0, 4-0, 3-0, 2-0, 1-0. In the neutral zone everyone must get a pass while continuously skating figure eights and facing the puck. Then go in and shoot but only one pass is allowed after you get to the slot.

D. Tournament of 2 pass. Players were divided into 4 teams with a game at each end. Rule 2 passes must be made when you regain the puck before you can score. If the puck goes outside the blueline the other team gets it. 3 x 5 minute games. Circle the winning team after each game.

E. C2, 1 on 1. Two players leave from the red line and skate back to their blue then towards the red. One player has the puck and attacks while the other defends. Review D side and how to hold the stick.

F. D100 Tansition game of 1-1.. The 1-1 gets passive support from a new attacker and defender who go the other way after the breakout pass.
