Dave, I am glad that you are finding the material useful.
I use the drive now to prepare practices. I have made improvement to make it more efficient.
1. I edited the hockey diagrams and made sure everything is coded and eliminated duplication. Now there are 515 coded diagrams. I added a folder that has all of the coded pdf's of drills and games.
So now when I make a practice plan I open the TC planner and copy and insert the diagrams and then open the practice pdf folder to copy and paste the descriptions. It is easier than going through the A-B-C-D-E-F booklets and looking for a drill.
8000 megabytes is a lot of stuff.
I truthfully have a few thousand drills from the seminars I have attended etc. that aren't coded and don't have the time or energy to look through boxes and boxes of paper to find a drill I liked. That is why Juhani's idea of coding works so well. They should use it in libraries instead of just putting books on shelves and having the people seach thousands of books to find what they want.
I will attach the last practice plan I made.
I got this email yesterday from Petr Svoboda, a former Maple Leaf defenseman who is back home coaching in the Czech Republic.
Hi Tom,
Thanks a lot for thumb. The drills help me a lot.
We played 6 games for now and we 4 times wins, 1 lost and 1 win in over time.
How is you season going?
S pozdravem
Petr Svoboda
