Pops, great to hear from you again. The beginners league for women is a fantastic idea to promote the game.
Our first coaching manual is designed to introduce coaches to the main concepts of the game, how to efficiently organize the ice for drills and games and has 3 beginning levels starting with non-skaters. We have activities to teach the skills and how to play the game.
These are links to the information.

If you go through the levels the players will not only get the basic skills but also learn how to support the puck, have good habits and defend.
