D500 – Nets Back to Back – One Goalie 1-1 to 5-5
Key Points:
Goalie has to switch nets on a turnover.
Description:
1. One team shoots on one net and the opponent shoots at the other net.
2. On transition to offense there must be at least 2 passes before shooting.
3. If the puck goes outside the blue line the other team gets possession.
4. With lots of players the extra's act as jokers
and time shifts.
5. With only one goalie he must defend both goals.
