ABC Coded Video Clips of Practice Ideas
About 1200 short video clips of practice ideas from around the hockey world from the last 15 years. They are coded so they can be found more easily.
The basic coding is:
A – Skating and individual skills of puck handling, passing, shooting.
B – Partner or group skills against no opposition. 2-0, 3-0, regroups etc..
C – Sills vs. opponents: 1-1, 2-1, etc..
D – Games using full ice, SAG.
DT – Transition games to practice the same situations as in C drills but using only one puck.
E – Shoot-outs and contests.
F – Skating for fitness.
G – Goalie practice.
O – Off-ice training ideas for youth to pro.
Most of these are written up in the pdf's I posted yesterday with description, diagram and video link. I still have to get to many of them.
