Key Points:
Practice pass to point then go to net. to tip and screen, D box out. Breakout and 2-2 with back pressure making it a 2-3.. Defenders regain the puck and breakout and attack the other direction.
Description:
1. Blue F1 pass to D1 and point and go to net.
2. Red D1 box out B F1.
3. B D1 shoot.
4. R D1 and pass to F1-F2.
5. Red F1-F2 attack vs. B D1-D2
6. Blue F3 chase puck carrier with backpressure and surf to get possession.
/. Blue D1-D2-F3 breakout and attack other direction.
I have changed the description and made the diagram the way I think it should be done instead of how the video shows it.
