5 – D2 surf above F1 to discourage pass
6 – D1 pass to F1
7 – D2 angle check and take puck from F1
8 – D2 pass to D1
9 – D1 pass to F1 who skates in to shoot
10 – F1 get a puck and pass to D2 who shoots
