I have timed it, George Kingston has time it, the Finnish federation has timed it.

Pick one player and watch only them for one hour at the official start of practice and start a stopwatch every time they participate in a drill and stop it when they are in line or watching the coach draw on the coaching board. A regular drills practice is 7-11 minutes of activity with the really good ones being 11.
