There are a good number of things that can be said about this book. As a guy who coaches a Middle School team, a Mens League Team and a Collegiate Team, and have found several useful things in here for all of them, the E-Book is for everyone. Don't let the 350 pages overwhelm you – it is not overbearing at all and can be read in less than 3 hours. The information that you take from there will last a lot longer. Trust me.
