B5 – Scoring On Rebounds – Sw
1 – Place a net in the slot face down with the top facing out.
2 – One shooter on each side at the top of the circles.
3 – One attacker front the defender in front of the net.
4 – Alternate side shooting on the ice against the extra net.
5 – Attacker spin free to find the rebound and step around the extra net to take a shot.
6 – Do 4 reps each.
