Played our last two games of the regular season and finished with a 20-8-2 record for second place in the southern division behind Fire Red. 113 GF, 85 GA, 68%, Power Play was about 35% and Penalty Kill over 90%.
Changed our forecheck last 6 games and went 5-1-0. Biggest benefit is many players have been scoring who did not score before the change. The Torpedo puts them in positions where they can succeed.

Playoffs start this weekend with a 2 of 3 series vs. Airdrie. They finished 7th but lost about ten games by one goal. We won 4-3 our last meeting and are 3-1 against them this season. It will be a hard series. Win and play winner of Southern Alberta-Fire White series. We host the Provincials so the top two playoff teams and us play Provincials with the top two teams from the 8 team Northern division.
