    Tom,

When your team turns the puck over in the offensive Zone behind the net, should the offensive player angle their puck carrier back behind their net or up the boards?

    thank you!

Frank the general principle is to force the puck carrier up the boards outside the dots. The puck carrier has lots more options when he/she gets between the dots.

    Thank you, Tom.

You have been a mentor to me for many years through all the material you have posted on this website. Your material has been a benefit to all the players I have coached. You have made me a better coach!
