Key Points:
Have everyone busy in the warm up with no lineups. Goalie technique, pass while moving, saucer, stationary passing.

Description:
1. Goalies work with coach at one net.
2. Units of 5 pass while moving with one player at each end and one each side. Give and go with one touch passes and repeat 3 times. Passer rotate with player at the end then switch with closest player on the side.
4. Saucer pass across ice with a partner.
5. Partners close and do various kinds of passes.

Description:
1. Nets are at the dots in one end.
2. Extra players wait at the blue line.
3. Play 3-3 in shifts of 30'.
4. Leave pus, whtn coach blows whistle.
5. On whistle 6 new players race for loose puck and play.
6. Keep score.
7. Modified rules such as goals on give and goes only can be added.

T2 - 5-0 PP Instruction-Walk Through - NZ-Bump Back BO - U20

Key Points:
Try to score on the rush to drive the pk deep into their zone. Best two puck carriers swing behind for the drop pass. Win loose puck after the attack and move from a slot set to a 1-3-1 pp setup.

Description:
1. Start at hash with a slot set PP and rotate into a 1-3-1 with weak side point moving into flank postition.
2. Coach spot a puck inside far blue for one neutral zone regroup and drop back attack.
3 Spot a second puck deep and the mid point player go back for the puck, then a third puck.
4. Two attackers stay high on each side.
5. Two attackers skate low and follow the play.
6.. Pass puck back to one of the attackers following play.
7. Attackers work together to gain zone.
8. Attack net then win loose puck.
9. Set up using a slot set into a 1-3-1.

Instat Match and Player Reports
The morning after a game we get sent a game report and a player report sent to us in PDF format. I will attach an example of each. The report comes in this format and you can click on any item to see video of the entire game, penalties, power plays, each players shifts, goals etc.

T3-C2 - 2-2 Surfing - U18 M

Key Points:
Play 2-2 with attackers trying to score and defenders angle by surfing and forcing the puck into the wide lane. Defenders must carry the puck out of the zone.
Start 2-2 and then progress to a 2-3 one forward coming in late to be low and slow for outlet.

Description:
1. F1-F2 tag up at red line then back to blue line.
2. D1-D2 tag up to blue line then up to red line.
3. F1 carry the puck and F2 support.
4. D1 angle F1 by surfing - D2 mark F2.
5. F1-F2 try to score-D1-D2 must carry puck out of the zone.
6. Add F3 as an outlet.

B2 - Give-Go-Shoot - U18 M

Key Points:
Practice taking the pass and shooting fro the triple threat position. Pull in or push put to change the shooting angle.

Description:
1. F1 pass to coach, skate to forehand side.
2. Coach pass to F1
3. F1 shoot quikcly.
4 Change angle by pull in or push out then release.
5. Repeat with F2-F3, etc.
